Production Workshop

Our production flows through dedicated workshops for welding, machining, and assembly. Automated welding robots ensure consistent, high-strength frames, CNC laser cutting delivers precision on every structural component, and our assembly lines bring it all together with strict process control.

Quality Control at Every Step

Quality is verified, not assumed. Every machine passes through our full inspection and testing process before it leaves the factory. From incoming material inspection to in-process checks, whole-machine testing and final pre-shipment inspection, key performance data is verified and recorded — including drive, transmission, braking, electrical and safety systems. Dedicated testing lines log the data of every single unit, so each machine that ships carries a verified quality record.

In-House R&D

Innovation is what sets HULKMAN apart. Our R&D team develops the core of our intelligent logistics technology in-house — including AGV/AMR robot chassis, control algorithms, onboard positioning, fleet scheduling and warehouse management software (WMS), all backed by our own intellectual property. With multiple invention patents and multiple utility model patents, our engineering strength shows in every machine we build.

Packing & Global Shipping

Your equipment arrives ready to work. We use export-grade packing to protect every machine in transit, and our experienced team handles container loading and shipping documentation to keep your delivery on schedule. SKD/CKD options are also available — shipping in semi- or fully knocked-down form to reduce freight and import costs for your market.
