Telescopic Lifting Capability

The HULK740 is a telescopic forklift truck designed for lifting, transporting and positioning materials beyond the working range of a conventional fixed-mast forklift.

Its telescopic boom provides a maximum lifting height of 7,000 mm and a maximum forward reach of 3,600 mm. At maximum lifting height, the specified forward reach is 450 mm. Actual capacity changes with boom angle, extension, attachment and load position.

Safety and Stability

The HULK740 has an unloaded weight of 7,800 kg, a 2,850 mm wheelbase and a 4,250 mm outside turning radius. The carriage provides a 42.6° rollback angle and a 37.5° dump angle for controlled load positioning.

Safe operation depends on load weight, load center, lifting height, forward reach, attachment and ground condition. The 4,000 kg maximum load must not be assumed at full boom extension or maximum lifting height.

Powertrain and Service Access

The listed base configuration uses a YUCHAI YCD4J22T-115 engine rated at 85 kW. Alternative engine configurations are listed for different market and emission requirements.

The drivetrain combines a gearbox, hydraulic torque converter, drive shaft and drive axle. Final engine availability and emission compliance should be confirmed for the destination market.

Operator Control

The enclosed cab has a specified internal width of 820 mm and provides access to the machine display and control system.

Front-wheel steering supports conventional travel, four-wheel steering assists maneuvering, and crab steering supports lateral repositioning where site conditions permit.
