Adjustable Fork Configuration

The MDBJ is a manually operated hydraulic stacker with fixed support legs and adjustable shaft-type forks. The fork spacing can be changed to accommodate different compatible loads and pallet openings.

The MDBJ1000 offers an overall fork-width range of 295–930 mm, while the MDBJ1500 adjusts from 310–930 mm. Pallet compatibility should be checked against the fixed-leg layout, fork dimensions and pallet underside structure.

Load Handling and Stability

The MDBJ1000 is rated for 1,000 kg, and the MDBJ1500 is rated for 1,500 kg. Both models use a 500 mm load center and have a 1,235 mm turning radius.

The welded forks, steel mast and fixed-leg chassis provide a straightforward structure for lifting and positioning compatible palletized loads. Rated capacity must be observed during operation.

Hydraulic Lifting System

The hydraulic pump is designed for practical manual operation. Hand and foot-controlled lifting allows the operator to select a suitable operating method, while lowering is manually controlled.

The manual hydraulic configuration does not require a traction battery or electric lifting motor. Routine inspection should cover the pump, chains, rollers, forks, wheels and brake system.

Operator Control and Protection

The hand control and foot pedal reduce the need for excessive body movement while raising the load. The metal grid provides separation from the lift chains without blocking the operator’s forward view.

Safety wheel guards and a brake system support controlled positioning when loading, unloading or parking the stacker.
