The vehicle can carry out configured pallet picking, movement and placement tasks without a driver. Its listed 3000 mm lifting height supports pallet transfer and stacking at defined warehouse or production stations.
The actual pallet structure, load distribution, rack dimensions and required lifting height should be checked during project planning.
Laser SLAM enables the AGV to scan and navigate within a configured operating environment. A listed positioning accuracy of ±10 mm supports controlled approaches to pallets and transfer stations.
The system materials also show position-correction functions intended to reduce pallet displacement during alignment. The exact correction method and operating tolerance should be confirmed for the project.
The onboard display provides a visual interface for vehicle and task information. Supplied system materials also show tablet and handheld-terminal task entry for warehouse operations.
Available terminals, operating permissions and software functions should be confirmed according to the selected WMS and dispatch configuration.
Warehouse tasks can be created through tablet devices or entered by scanning barcodes with a handheld terminal. Label printing supports material identification and tracking, helping connect AGV transport tasks with stock-in, stock-out and inventory workflows.
Available terminals, label formats and WMS functions depend on the confirmed project configuration.
The LDB1500C combines a counterbalanced chassis with autonomous travel and powered pallet lifting. This structure supports closed-type pallets that may not be suitable for fork-over stackers with support legs extending beneath the load.
The AGV counterbalanced electric stacker is designed for repetitive pallet movement between storage locations, production areas, buffer stations and connected handling equipment.
