Heavy-Duty Pallet Transport

The MTB50 is a manual hydraulic pallet truck developed for short-distance movement of palletized loads weighing up to 5,000 kg. Available fork lengths of 1,150 and 1,220 mm and overall fork widths of 550 and 685 mm support different pallet requirements.

Safety and Load Control

An overload protection valve is integrated into the lifting system to help protect the hydraulic mechanism during excessive loading. The lifting design also supports smooth load raising to reduce unnecessary movement of palletized goods.

The 5,000 kg rating applies under the specified operating conditions. Operators should confirm the pallet condition, load distribution, floor capacity and travel route before handling heavy loads.

Structural Reliability and Service Access

The fork frame is manufactured from high-rigidity steel plate, while the rocker-arm structure distributes pressure across the truck during lifting and transport.

The pump and handle connection is designed for convenient assembly and disassembly. A finger-access opening at the connection point simplifies installation and routine service work.

Controlled Manual Operation

The enclosed loop handle provides a clear gripping area for steering and positioning. The dual-speed hydraulic system increases lifting speed when handling loads below 600 kg and automatically returns to regular speed above that threshold.

The MTB50 has a turning radius of 1,300 or 1,370 mm, depending on the selected fork length.
