Automatic Material Distribution Between Raw Material Warehouse – Production Line – Finished Product Warehouse
The LDB1400 combines autonomous travel with powered pallet lifting. Its 1400 kg rated capacity and 1200 mm lifting height support repetitive movement between raw-material storage, production lines, transfer stations and finished-goods storage areas.
As an AGV narrow aisle electric stacker, the vehicle is designed for defined indoor pallet-handling routes where compact dimensions and accurate positioning are important.
The LDB1400 is designed to reduce pallet displacement when the vehicle turns or corrects its travel angle. During steering adjustment, the AGV body can rotate while the fork and load-handling reference position remains stable, helping maintain consistent pallet alignment.
This design supports accurate pallet picking and placement in narrow aisles, particularly where rack openings, transfer stations and operating clearances are limited.
The LDB1400 uses a 48V/138Ah lithium iron phosphate battery. Both manual and automatic charging methods are listed, allowing the charging arrangement to be planned around the operating schedule.
The supplied parameters list a nominal charging time of 1 hour and working time of 6 hours. Actual operating duration depends on load, travel distance, lifting frequency, route conditions and charging strategy.
Laser navigation and intelligent route selection support movement between configured stations. Positioning accuracy is listed as ±10 mm, helping the vehicle approach pallet and transfer positions consistently.
The product information also lists mobile APP operation and Wi-Fi/5G communication. The required control functions, communication network and software scope should be confirmed for each deployment.
When connected to the configured warehouse management system, the LDB1400 can receive material-handling tasks through desktop computers, tablets or handheld scanning terminals. The system supports stock-in, stock-out, inventory queries, material tracking and report management, helping coordinate AGV transport tasks with daily warehouse operations.
