Telescopic Lifting and Positioning

The HULK TR750 is a telescopic forklift truck designed to lift, transport and position materials. Its telescopic boom provides a maximum lifting height of 7,000 mm and a maximum forward reach of 3,600 mm.

At maximum lifting height, the specified forward reach is 450 mm. The permitted capacity changes according to boom angle, extension, lifting height, attachment and load position. Operators must refer to the corresponding load chart rather than assume that the 5,000 kg maximum load applies throughout the complete working range.

Safety and Stability

The TR750 has an unloaded weight of 10,000 kg, a 2,850 mm wheelbase and a 4,250 mm outside turning radius over the tyres. The carriage provides a 42.6° rollback angle and a 37.5° dump angle to assist with load pickup and placement.

Safe operation depends on load weight, load center, boom extension, lifting height, attachment, tyre condition and ground stability. The machine should be configured and operated according to the applicable load chart and site requirements.

Powertrain and Service Configuration

The listed base configuration uses a YUCHAI YCD4J22T-125 engine rated at 91 kW. The transmission arrangement is specified as a gearbox, hydraulic torque converter, drive shaft and drive axle.

Alternative engine configurations are listed for different markets and emission requirements. Final engine availability, power rating and emission compliance should be confirmed for the destination country before ordering.

Operator Control

The enclosed operating position has a specified internal cab width of 820 mm. Front-wheel, four-wheel and crab steering allow the operator to select a steering mode suited to the travel path and positioning task.
