Mast Reach and Fork Control
The reaching mast moves the fork assembly forward to access pallet locations without requiring the complete chassis to enter the rack area. Reach distances are 560 mm for the DBQ12, 650 mm for the DBQ15 and 710 mm for the DBQ20.
Adjustable fork spacing from 200 to 680 mm and available fork lengths of 950, 1070 or 1150 mm support different pallet openings. The mast and fork carriage tilt 3° forward and 6° backward.

Stability and Controlled Braking
The counterbalanced chassis and low-center-of-gravity layout support load handling without front straddle legs. Two lifting cylinders are positioned on the outer sides of the mast.
Electromagnetic and regenerative braking work together during travel. An emergency stop switch, electrical lock and adjustable mast-lowering valve support controlled operation.

Low-Maintenance AC Drive System
The AC traction system is designed for lower routine motor maintenance and provides regenerative braking during operation. Drive motor power is 1.2 kW for the DBQ12 and DBQ15 and 2.2 kW for the DBQ20.
A magnetic battery cover simplifies access for inspection and servicing. The battery discharge indicator helps the operator monitor the available battery level.

Stand-On Control and Maneuvering
The stand-on platform supports frequent travel between pallet locations. Multi-valve control levers provide access to lifting, lowering, reaching and tilting functions from the operating position.
Turning radii range from 1650 to 1870 mm, while the tiller height adjusts between 1160 and 1460 mm.
