Manual Travel with Powered Lift
The DB15M combines manual pushing and steering with battery-powered hydraulic lifting. This configuration provides electric lifting assistance without the additional drive system of a fully electric stacker.
The semi electric pallet stacker is suitable for short-distance pallet movement and low-to-moderate-frequency stacking in indoor material handling areas.

Safety and Stability
A hydraulic safety valve helps control the lifting system if hydraulic pressure is interrupted. High-strength plate chains support the mast and fork carriage during lifting operations.
The mechanical foot brake helps secure the stacker during positioning, lifting and parking.

Simplified Maintenance
The DB15M uses a 1.5 kW lifting motor and a 12V/120Ah battery to power the hydraulic lifting system. Its manually driven chassis avoids the additional traction motor and electronic drive components used in a fully electric stacker.
The simple mechanical steering and braking arrangement supports routine inspection and servicing.

Easy Steering & Controlled Operation
The chain-driven steering mechanism reduces the steering effort required for positioning. The hydraulic control supports powered lifting and controllable lowering, while the foot brake provides a convenient way to secure the equipment.
A 1425 mm turning radius supports maneuvering in warehouse and workshop areas.
