The TB25 electric pallet truck is designed for low-level horizontal movement rather than high-rack stacking. It combines a 2.5 ton rated capacity with stand-on operation for regular pallet transfers across medium distances.
Available fork lengths and widths help match different pallet dimensions. Buyers should confirm pallet size, entry direction, load weight and aisle conditions before selecting a configuration.
The truck includes an emergency stop, belly button, platform speed sensor and supporting casters for operational stability.
A lowered fork height of 82 mm supports pallet entry, while controlled electric travel and lifting help operators position loads during routine warehouse movement.
Sideway battery replacement provides easier access when maintaining or exchanging the battery. The standardized product configuration also supports battery, wheel and fork selection according to the customer’s working conditions.
The stand-on layout allows the operator to travel with the truck during repeated medium-distance transport. The steering system, accessible tiller controls and folding protective arms support practical daily operation.
The tiller height ranges from 1,150 to 1,430 mm in the driving position, helping maintain accessible control throughout pallet handling tasks.
