Product Description

SAFETY AND PRODUCTIVITY:

Advanced AC control system eliminates the motor brushes and directional contractors, which makes the minimal maintenance requirements. Intelligent regenerative brake system increases overall truck performance by decreasing battery charge intervals.
Side-way battery with roll-out system is very convenient to replace batteries.
Emergency reversing device.
Bult-in pressure relief valve protects the pallet trucks from overloading.
Emergency power disconnect.

STRUCTURAL:

Water-proof and dust proof vertical driving wheel offer small turning radius.

The riser axle is located at the highest point of the forks, protects riser axles from constant contact by uneven floors. Pull rod design against bending.

Spring-loaded castors improve lateral stability on uneven floors and enhance truck performance and service life.

Formed heavy gauge steel for maximum strength forks.
SERVICEABILITY:

All pivot points have grease fitting and serviceable bushing, reducing component-wearing.
Safety and Stability

An emergency reversing device, emergency power disconnect and low-speed handle switch support controlled operation in confined spaces. The built-in pressure relief valve helps protect the hydraulic system against overloading.

Regenerative braking supports smooth deceleration, while spring-loaded casters improve lateral stability when the truck travels over uneven floor sections.
Service Ability

The brushless AC drive motor reduces maintenance associated with motor brushes and directional contactors. Grease fittings and serviceable bushings at the pivot points support routine inspection and component maintenance.

The side-entry battery arrangement allows the battery to be removed without lifting it vertically from the truck.
Ergonomics

The long tiller arm supports comfortable walk-behind control and provides useful clearance between the operator and truck. Stepless speed control allows the operator to adjust travel speed according to the available space and load condition.

The standard CURTIS handle integrates the main travel and lifting controls. Alternative tiller-head and keypad-access configurations are available as options.
