The TB20R is an electric rider pallet truck developed for operations where operators regularly travel beyond short walk-behind distances. Its compact chassis, stand-on platform and 7.0/7.1 km/h travel speed make it suitable for moving pallets between receiving areas, storage zones, production lines and dispatch points.
With a 775 mm overall truck width and several fork configurations, this 2 ton electric pallet truck can be matched to different pallets and material-flow layouts.
Emergency reversing, an emergency stop, handle-position braking and a platform speed sensor help the operator maintain control during travel and maneuvering.
Additional supporting casters improve lateral stability, while the integrated pressure-relief valve helps protect the hydraulic system against overload conditions.
The brushless AC motor eliminates conventional motor brushes and directional contactors, reducing related inspection and replacement requirements. The vertical drive arrangement, side-entry battery and removable platform provide practical access to key service areas.
The integrated balance-wheel assembly can be adjusted and serviced separately when required.
The stand-on platform supports frequent travel between handling points without requiring the operator to walk behind the truck. Light steering, a multifunction tiller and stepless speed control help simplify maneuvering during repetitive warehouse work.
Electric power steering is available as an option for applications requiring lower steering effort.
