The DB12E/DB15E combines powered travel with electric lifting in a pedestrian-operated chassis. Unlike a semi-electric stacker, the operator does not need to push the loaded equipment manually during normal travel.
This full electric pallet stacker is designed for short-distance pallet transport and low-level stacking in indoor material-handling areas. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for operations where a conventional counterbalance forklift would occupy more working space.
The low-center-of-gravity layout and four-point support design help maintain truck stability during pallet handling. The guarded mast separates the lifting mechanism from the operator’s normal working position.
Rated loads are specified at a 600 mm load center. The allowable load at elevated heights should be confirmed according to the selected mast and actual load dimensions.
The integrated rear-cover design supports convenient assembly, inspection and routine maintenance. The drive unit is arranged so that the motor and brake components can be accessed and replaced without dismantling the complete mast structure.
The GEL battery system reduces routine battery servicing, while the built-in charger simplifies access to a suitable power supply.
The compact body, pedestrian tiller control and small turning radius support positioning in narrow indoor working areas. The DB12E has a 1365 mm turning radius, while the DB15E reduces this to 1355 mm.
A tiller operating-height range of 670–1300 mm supports control during travel and positioning. The compact mast and chassis arrangement also helps preserve forward visibility.
