Safety and Stability
The welded steel frame and reinforced fork tips provide structural support during routine pallet handling. Single or tandem fork roller configurations allow the truck to be selected according to pallet entry and floor conditions.
The load must be centered across both forks and kept within the 2000 kg rated capacity. Pallet dimensions, fork openings and floor conditions should be checked before ordering.
The hand control provides Raise, Lower and Neutral positions from the operating handle. A listed steering angle of 190 degrees helps the operator position the truck around pallets and within indoor working areas.
Depending on the selected fork length, the listed turning radius is 1265 or 1335 mm. Buyers should verify the complete truck-and-pallet turning envelope against the available aisle.
The steel chassis uses an epoxy powder-coated finish intended to resist normal chipping and corrosion during indoor material handling.
Welded joints and reinforced fork tips support routine use in warehouses, workshops, storage areas and distribution facilities. Floor condition and operating environment should be confirmed for each application.
The MTB20 can be specified with different overall fork widths, fork lengths, wheel materials and fork roller arrangements. Nylon, polyurethane and rubber wheels are listed, together with single and tandem fork rollers.
The appropriate configuration depends on pallet openings, floor surface, noise requirements, load conditions and maneuvering space.

The HULKMAN MTB20 is a 2 ton hand pallet truck for manually lifting and moving palletized loads over short indoor distances. Its 2000 kg rated capacity, 75 mm lowered fork height, selectable fork dimensions and wheel configurations support warehouse, workshop and distribution operations.
The HULKMAN MDBF Series is a manual stacker with fixed forks for indoor pallet lifting, positioning and stacking. The series offers 500, 1000 and 1500 kg rated capacities, with lifting heights from 1000 to 3000 mm depending on the selected model. Hand and foot-operated hydraulic lifting supports straightforward operation without an electric travel system.
