The MDBF Series combines manual travel with manual hydraulic lifting. The operator pushes and steers the stacker by hand, while the hydraulic system raises the pallet to the required working or stacking height.
This fixed fork manual stacker should be selected according to the pallet openings, entry direction, load dimensions and required lift height.
The steel mast and welded chassis support the lifting structure. A metal grid is positioned between the operator and the lift chains, while wheel guards help protect the running-wheel area.
The brake supports controlled positioning and parking. The permitted load must be checked against the selected model, lifting height and load distribution.
The manual hydraulic design does not use a traction battery, drive motor or electronic travel controller. Routine inspection can focus on the hydraulic system, chains, mast, forks, wheels and brake.
Maintenance requirements should be determined according to operating frequency, load conditions and the working environment.
The operator can raise the forks through the handle or foot pedal. This dual-control arrangement helps reduce unnecessary changes in operating posture during repeated lifting.
A 1380 mm turning radius supports maneuvering in warehouses, workshops and indoor storage areas.
