Electric Scissor Reach
Electric scissor forks place and retrieve pallets.
This scissor type electric reach truck extends the fork carriage through a scissor mechanism, allowing the forks to reach forward for pallet handling while the truck is positioned beside the storage location.
The supplied catalogue lists a 500 mm reach distance for the single-scissor configuration and 1,200 mm for the double-scissor configuration. Selection should account for pallet depth, rack layout and the required load capacity at the working height.
A low-center-of-gravity design supports stable operation, while stepless speed control and regenerative braking assist with controlled travel.
The truck includes an emergency power disconnect, low-battery protection and a built-in hydraulic pressure relief valve. Load weight, load center and lifting height must remain within the applicable capacity chart.
The accessible rear cover provides service access to valves, hydraulic lines and electrical components. Grease fittings and serviceable bushings at pivot points support routine mechanical maintenance.
CANbus communication reduces wiring complexity. The two-sided battery roll-out system also helps simplify battery replacement and inspection.
An adjustable hand-rest helps accommodate different operators. The multifunction display places battery status, operating hours and fault information within the operating area.
