The YB15S is a seated electric reach truck designed for pallet transport, rack approach and high-level storage. Its 600 mm reach movement allows the mast and forks to extend toward the rack while retaining a compact warehouse-truck configuration.
Lift heights of 3,000, 5,000, 6,200, 7,400 and 8,000 mm are available. The selected mast should be matched to rack height, overhead clearance, pallet weight and residual capacity requirements.
Travel speed is limited when the forks are raised to a high position, helping the operator maintain controlled movement during elevated-load handling. An electronic height-limiting device provides additional control over the lifting range.
The overhead guard forms a protective structure above the seated operator position. Safe operation still depends on the selected mast, load weight, 600 mm load center, floor condition and available aisle space.
The full AC motor control system reduces routine maintenance requirements associated with carbon brushes. The multifunction display provides operating information and fault codes to support daily checks and service diagnosis.
Configuration-dependent service access and battery replacement arrangements should be confirmed when selecting the truck.
The seated operating position is combined with EPS power steering and an adjustable steering wheel. A multifunction display shows brake status, travel direction, operating hours, driving speed and fault codes.
Adjustable hydraulic response supports control of fork lifting and lowering, mast tilt and side-shift movement when the relevant configuration is installed.
