The DB15R is designed for medium-height storage and short-distance pallet transportation. Its stand-on platform helps the operator move between handling points without leaving the truck during frequent warehouse cycles.
The 850 mm overall width and 1655 mm turning radius support operation in warehouse aisles where maneuverability is important.
A low center of gravity helps maintain stable operation during travel and lifting. The handle includes an emergency reversing device and activates braking in both upright and horizontal positions.
Automatic deceleration supports controlled travel, while the emergency power disconnect provides rapid system isolation. A built-in pressure relief valve protects the hydraulic system against overload.
The AC motor does not require carbon-brush replacement. A vertical drive-wheel arrangement provides convenient service access, while the side-access battery design simplifies routine inspection and replacement.
Concentrated electronic component placement makes the electrical system easier to assemble, inspect, debug and maintain. Low-voltage protection helps prevent excessive battery discharge.
The stand-on platform and protective side arms provide an operating position suited to repeated pallet transfers. Stepless speed control allows the operator to adjust travel smoothly according to the aisle and load.
