Model Range for Different Loads

The SP Series is a mobile hydraulic lift table range designed for manually transporting and raising suitable loads. Six models provide rated capacities of 150, 300, 500, 800, 1,000 and 1,500 kg.

Table dimensions increase with model capacity, allowing buyers to select a configuration according to load weight, load footprint and required working height.

Stable Scissor Structure

The welded steel chassis and scissor mechanism provide structural support during lifting. A supporting plate positioned beside the lifting arm is included as part of the equipment’s safety arrangement.

The load should be centered on the platform and remain within the rated capacity of the selected model.

Hydraulic Lifting and Load Control

The operator raises the table using the foot-operated hydraulic pedal. Depending on the model, reaching maximum height requires no more than 25 to 70 pedal cycles.

A finger-operated release controls lowering, while an overload bypass valve is specified to help protect the hydraulic pump from excessive loading.

Manual Movement and Positioning

The operating handle and mobile casters allow the lift table to be moved manually between suitable workstations. Safety wheel guards and caster brakes support positioning before lifting or lowering.

Safe operation depends on the selected model, load distribution, floor condition and available maneuvering space.
