Drum Handling Configuration

The MDBD350 is a manually operated drum lifter and stacker for moving cylindrical drums within suitable indoor working areas. The mast-mounted drum attachment supports lifting and positioning without requiring conventional pallet forks.

The equipment has a rated capacity of 350 kg at a 570 mm load center. The actual drum size, weight, material and closure condition should be checked before use.

Drum Holding and Rotation

The circular holding structure secures the drum during handling, while the side-mounted handwheel operates the geared rotation mechanism. This arrangement helps the operator turn a supported drum in a controlled manner when positioning or discharging its contents.

The drum must be correctly engaged and secured before lifting, moving or rotating.

Manual Lifting System

The manual lifting mechanism raises the drum without a battery or external electrical connection. Lowering is also manually controlled, allowing the operator to regulate the drum position during placement.

Two listed mast configurations provide maximum lifting heights of 1,945 mm and 2,385 mm.

Maneuvering and Positioning

The MDBD350 has a 1,200 mm turning radius, 1,580 mm overall length and 1,050 mm overall width. Its wheeled chassis and rear operating handle support manual movement and positioning on suitable level floors.

Available clearance, aisle width, floor condition and drum weight should be evaluated before selecting the equipment.
