Manual Hydraulic Lifting
The SP Series is a mobile manual hydraulic lift table designed to move loads and raise them to a suitable handling height. The foot-operated pedal actuates the hydraulic pump, while the scissor mechanism lifts the platform vertically.
Models are available with capacities of 150, 200, 300, 500 and 800 kg. Selection should be based on load weight, load dimensions, required table height and operating space.

Safety and Stability
The welded steel frame supports the platform and hydraulic lifting assembly. Robust casters allow the unit to be repositioned, while wheel guards help protect the caster area during operation.
A supporting plate fitted beside the scissor arm provides additional support during appropriate service procedures. The overload bypass valve helps protect the operator and hydraulic pump from excessive loading.

Hydraulic System and Service
The foot pedal provides a straightforward manual lifting method without batteries or electrical connections. Depending on the selected model, reaching maximum height requires no more than 25 to 70 pedal cycles.
Routine inspection should cover the hydraulic system, pedal mechanism, release control, scissor-arm pivots, casters and fasteners.

Operator Control
The push handle supports manual positioning of the mobile scissor lift table. The foot pedal allows the operator to raise the platform while keeping both hands available for load control.
The finger-release lever provides convenient lowering control. The selected load should remain stable and within the rated capacity throughout movement and lifting.
