High-Lift Scissor Structure
The double scissor lift table is designed to transport loads and raise them to a practical working position. Its multi-stage scissor structure provides a greater lifting range than a standard single-scissor platform.
The SPS150, SPS350 and SPS800 models reach maximum table heights of 1,100, 1,300 and 1,500 mm respectively. Model selection should account for load weight, load footprint, required working height and available maneuvering space.

Safety and Stability
The welded frame supports the platform, hydraulic system and scissor mechanism. The rear guard forms a barrier between the operator position and the raised platform, while guarded casters support controlled movement.
The supplied product information also identifies a hydraulic overload bypass valve and a supporting plate beside the scissor arm. Loads must remain stable, centered on the platform and within the rated capacity.

Hydraulic System and Service
The foot pedal operates the hydraulic lifting system, while the release control lowers the platform. The number of pedal cycles required to reach maximum height varies according to the selected model.
Routine checks should cover hydraulic leakage, pedal operation, lowering control, scissor pivots, casters, wheel guards and frame fasteners.

Operator Control
The push handle supports manual movement and positioning. The foot-operated lifting pedal allows the operator to raise the platform while maintaining a stable standing position behind the unit.
A finger-operated release control provides convenient platform lowering. The lift table should be stationary before raising or lowering a load.
